Suffolk Cricket Board Limited (SCB) will use information you provide to us, alongside information which we may be provided by the England and Wales Cricket Board Limited (ECB), for administration and analysis purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, administering your attendance and completion of courses, workshops, and other training events, verification of your qualifications, and communication directly in relation to your cricketing activities. Where you hold a position within a club or league, we will send communications to you which you agree to receive on behalf of that club or league. The ECB may also use the information that SCB collect from you for the same purposes. Where it is necessary for SCB to transfer and hold your details on ECB systems, for example when you are participating on an ECB course, you should be aware that your details will be held on a database which can be searched by authorised users within County Boards and County Coaches Associations.
Both the SCB and the ECB may use third parties to carry out some of our activities, e.g. external course providers or email service providers. In these cases your data is transferred under contract to be used only for specific purposes, e.g. course administration.
We will also disclose information held on you to the police, Government or other agencies if required to do so by law, e.g. under tax regulations or in relation to Safeguarding or Child Protection.
In addition, SCB may from time to time wish to send you information on courses, seminars or events, or other such marketing communications. If you would prefer not to receive such communications from SCB please contact us by emailing email@example.com.
The ECB may wish to contact you regarding future opportunities, including those of ECB commercial partners in which you may be interested. By providing the ECB with your information (directly, or via a County Board or Coaches Association e.g. through a course or membership application) you consent to receiving such communication by any means. If you would prefer not to receive such communications from the ECB please contact them: firstname.lastname@example.org
You are entitled to a copy of the information held about you for which a fee may be charged. Details of how to obtain this information are available on request to email@example.com.
