Important information from HMRC
The ECB have advised us that all Cricket CASCs have recently been written to by HMRC. From April 1st 2015 the CASC qualifying conditions have changed. Clubs are being asked to check whether they now meet the new qualifying conditions.
If any clubs which are CASCs have changed their contact details and not received the letter they must contact HMRC immediately as it is vital they have up to date details.
Please find a link to the letter sent out by HMRC outlining new qualifying conditions and what they have to do by 1st April, 2016. Please ensure that you follow the instructions provided. Clubs who are not CASCs can disregard this notice.
