CALLING AMBITIOUS FEMALE COACHES IN THE SUNRISERS REGION

We are delighted to be able to share with you a brilliant opportunity for aspiring female coaches within Suffolk and the Sunrisers region.

It is the mission of the Sunrisers to develop from within, and this includes talent off the field. As such we will be launching our Female Workforce Development Programme, with the window for Expressions of Interest NOW OPEN!

The aim is to identify female coaches who have the current qualifications, experience and ambition to develop their coaching within the Performance and Elite environments. The attached contains more information about the programmes aims and how it will work. The general eligibility criteria are:

  • Live, work or have an association with a county in the region
  • Currently hold an ECB level 2, level 3 or level 4 qualification
  • Have ambitions, long or short term, to work within elite cricket
  • Have previously coached or been coached in an environment where they have been exposed to talent development

This programme will work alongside a number of initiatives that aim to provide the current County Women’s & Girls with upskilling opportunities, all of which will be shared with you in due course.
