Tufnell and Vaughan serve up a treat

TWO former England internationals treated guests to stories from their careers at a charity lunch in Ipswich.

Michael Vaughan and Phil Tufnell were guest speakers at the Magnus Events Sporting Lunch held at Venue 16 on Friday.

Vaughan, England’s 2005 Ashes-winning captain, and former left-arm spinner Tufnell told tales and anecdotes from their international careers.

Around 160 guests attended the event which was organised by Olly Magnus in aid of East Anglian Children’s Hospices and Suffolk Mind.

The event included a two-course lunch, a game of heads & tails and an auction plus silent auction of sporting and other memorabilia and experiences.
