Suffolk to return to Wargrave CC

SUFFOLK face a return trip to Wargrave CC in the Super 12s of this season’s NCCA Dojo T20 competition.

After finishing third in Group 2 following the final round of matches on Sunday, Suffolk Men’s 1st XI have been paired with hosts and Group 3 winners Berkshire and Cornwall on Sunday, August 9th.

The Super 12s have a new format this season, with Suffolk facing Cornwall in an eliminator at 11am, and the winners going through to meet Berkshire at 3pm.

Cornwall came second in Group 4 after sharing the spoils on Sunday with Devon, who topped the group.

An understrength Suffolk side last season lost by 45 runs to Berkshire and five wickets to Dorset at Wargrave CC after qualifying for the Super 12s for the first time.

The winners at each of the four Super 12s venues will progress to this season’s final at Wormsley on Sunday, August 30th.

The Men’s 1st XI are back in action on Sunday when they face Northumberland in their opening three-day NCCA Cluberly Championship Eastern Division One match at Bury St Edmunds CC, start 11am.
