EDI Board Director Vacancy
September 26, 2025Suffolk Cricket Limited wishes to enhance their EDI work operation through the appointment of a Designated EDI Board Lead (Director) who’s passionate about cricket being all inclusive and will influence and direct all aspects of EDI across cricket in the county.
The Role
– To be an active Board Member primarily leading on all Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) matters.
– The successful applicant will be committed to providing an effective, high quality service that helps build a positive, inclusive and equitable working culture while making EDI part of all we do. This will include driving improvement and change through collaborative working.
– To support and provide knowledge and information that may support the development and opportunities of SCL.

Subject to references, invitations to join SCL will be made by the Chairperson on the advice of a recruitment panel selected from the ECB and Board Members. Candidates will be required to attend an interview with the panel to
